Strength Training for Beginners
1:1 Coaching in Canary Wharf

"I'm not fit enough to lift weights"
"I don't have time"
Yep, that's how a lot of us feel when we first started at the gym.
But you can make a difference
Even if it's just one workout a week, you can start to build strength and get closer to your goal.
Why not give it a go?
I run 1:1 PT sessions in In2Sports in Canary Wharf, or other private studios in Central London.
No long-term contract
And no gym membership required. All I need is your active participation and willingness to try something new.

What to expect
Accountability coach, training buddy, workout planner - I'm here to help you feel more at ease at the gym by helping you:
Build the foundation in basic strength training
Become more confident in your fitness abilities
Find a fitness routine you enjoy and can stick to in the long run

Why work with me
I value your time. Just like the average person, I used to work a desk job and I understand the importance of keeping workouts efficient (but effective).I teach, not just give out a plan. Hiring personal trainers are expensive I know - that's why I am here to help you learn and be able to plan your workouts on your own when you've mastered the basics. My goal isn't to sell you complicated diet plans and PT sessions. I am here to help you get started and build confidence in your physical abilities - and fall in love with strength training maybe?
What others say about me
Most of my clients are beginners and we meet in-person once a week.

A bit more about me
Hi! My name is Catherine, a powerlifter and a fan of strength sports. I only picked up strength training as a working adult, but my newfound passion and dedication in training have led me to a career in fitness coaching after 7 years as a marketing & advertising professional.I may not be the most seasoned PT on the market, nor do I come from a professional sports background. But as an amateur "everyday athlete", I understand and have experienced first hand the struggles and hesitations beginners often face - and I hope to help others explore and find their place in fitness, too. :)

My Qualifications
